Green Park is a residential subdivision consisting of approximately seven acres. The development includes 9 estate building sites, an interior common park space and a gated entry with extensive common space/buffer. The program called for maintaining the character of the mature native woodland setting. Architectural elements have a rural, understated feeling consistent with a private estate. Plant material is either native or well adapted to blend with the existing landscape and require low maintenance.
